Open Distance e-Learning Loans

Open Distance & e-Learning student loans are supported by the World Bank through the Skills for Vibrant Economy (SAVE) project which focuses on supporting increased access to Skills Development Programs in higher education in Malawi.

The loans are provided to needy students studying using the Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) mode.

The priority study areas for the SAVE project include Education, Health, Agriculture, Energy, Information Communications Technology (ICT) & Industry.

Continuing needy students who are already supported by the project are requested to reapply, expressing their interest for the Board to continue supporting them.
